Overview
Shipping into a classified or air-gapped environment is its own discipline. There is no package registry to pull from, the base images must come from an approved source, and every upgrade needs a rollback that works offline. We build install artifacts that survive those constraints, using hardened base images, versioned charts published as registry artifacts, and upgrade paths tested against the customer's actual starting version.
