Overview

Enterprise architecture and IT logistics support for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, performed under Spalding Consulting. The work covered infrastructure modernization, IT asset lifecycle management, system integration planning, and technical documentation supporting ongoing operations and future capability development across multiple Navy programs.

The Challenge

NAWCAD operations relied on aging IT infrastructure with limited documentation and inconsistent asset tracking. Multiple programs shared resources without clear governance, leading to configuration conflicts, underutilized capacity, and difficulty planning future capability investments. Legacy systems lacked integration points for modern tooling and workflows.

The Solution

Enterprise architecture assessments produced modernization roadmaps aligned to Navy IT standards.
