Overview

Rising costs from over-provisioned resources and inconsistent governance across teams made scaling unsustainable.

The Solution

The delivered architecture separated workloads into dedicated accounts with segmented networking, identity guardrails, and consistent tagging standards. A library of reusable infrastructure-as-code modules brought versioning and drift detection to every environment. Workloads were containerized and deployed behind auto-scaling, load balancing, and CDN distribution for global performance.
